"Journey On"
I enjoyed the guided meditation once I got into it. I have been meditating for a while now and really enjoy the peaceful feeling that I have afterward. It is my escape from chaos and almost serves as a medication for my soul. I find it so important to be able to shut out the background noise and the inner voices to achieve ultimate relaxation. I found that the techniques were very helpful and have allowed me to relax so deeply I feel as if I am almost asleep. Ultimate wellness is within us and being able to go inside to find it is truly a gift.
Hello Allison. I totally agree with you. I to myself have been meditating for while. Since I took a previous course that mostly focused on it I really got into it. I think it helps so much and resets the mind and body for the day or your next activity.

ReplyDeleteI love what you have said here. You are right (and I guess this is the hard part for many to remember) wellness IS within each of us. It is imperative that we all take the time to block out the busyness of the background and be still for a while. This is something, I admit, I do not do well. Hopefully, following you guys and journaling through my blog will help me get there.
